Pastor Rolous A. Frazier, Jr. was born and raised in Winter Haven, Florida. Educationally, Pastor Frazier has earned a Bachelor's and Master's Degree from Florida A & M University, Tallahassee, Florida, and has an Honorary Doctor Divinity Degree, Jacksonville Theological Seminary, in Jacksonville, Florida. He has also earned a Master of Divinity and Doctor of Ministry degree from United Theological Seminary in Dayton, Ohio.

Pastor Rolous A. Frazier, Jr. answered the call, which God had placed on his life in 1991 and has served the Body of Christ as the former Pastor and Assistant Pastor of Mount Moriah First Missionary Baptist Church, Quincy, Florida and Assistant Pastor of Bethel Missionary Baptist Church, Mulberry, Florida. Prior to serving in a pastoral capacity, he served as Music Ministry Chaplain, Community Outreach Minister, Evangelist, Youth Minister, Family Life Minister and Minister of Christian Counseling.

Pastor Rolous A. Frazier, Jr. is a member of Florida A & M University Alumni Association, Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., and Metropolitan Urban League Orlando, Florida. Pastor Frazier was honored with the keys to the City of Orlando.

Pastor Rolous A. Frazier, Jr. and his wife Ulunda live in Orlando, Florida. They have one (1) child - Rolous A. Frazier, III.
